CONSERVATION IN ACTION
Throughout the years, we’ve had the opportunity and good fortune to work with many frontline conservation groups, from WWF to Re:Wild. To date, with the help of our audience, we have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to directly support these organizations.
By supporting initiatives such as land acquisition for conservation, endangered species research and monitoring programs, rewilding actions, as well as the establishment of a unique biological station, Las Oncas is working towards the preservation of Costa Rica's tropical rainforest and its diverse wildlife, specifically focusing on jaguars. As one of the leading ambassadors for re:wild, Mark hosted and produced the documentary Brave Mission, to support sustainability with re:wild’s co-founding board member, Leonardo DiCaprio. In Mark’s words, “Now more than ever, shining light on some of the most amazing at-risk species and environments on earth is paramount to our planet's future.
